Out of all the people I know, I seem to be the only person who gets no spam, despite being a heavy user of internet shopping. The first time I get spammed to an email address is the last time because they're all unique. I’m empowered by knowing exactly who breached my confidentiality, allowing me to take maters further if I see fit. It’s also a good defence against phishing, as any legitimate email coming from my bank will have a destination address that is unique to it.
